Trend Micro Cares is an initiative through which the Global Leader in Cybersecurity chooses to give back. After 2 years of pause owing to the pandemic, Trend Micro and its passionate team was reconvening for SKO 2022, which became a befitting opportunity for Trenders to undertake a massive mission under Trend Micro Cares. Big Brand Theory was engaged to give this mission design and brand expressions. A project that was truly heartwarming for us to give shape to.

Reflecting Compassion & the Human side of Cybersecurity

At Trend Micro SKO 2022, 2000+ Trenders were going to volunteer at local schools to give back to the Orlando community. Creating a better world - a value that has been integral to this Global Leader in Cybersecurity, and Trend Micro Cares. We at BigBrandTheory were to reflect this compassion into a design that aligns perfectly with the refreshed brand identity. We illustrated the spirit of ‘Care’ through simplified, originally hand-drawn illustrations that were simple and evoked a sense of warmth. This illustration was given the canvas of ‘Trend Red’ - the color of pure passion and power to change.

The core design was converted into relevant tangible expressions like T-shirts, communications and digital properties which led to a sense of mission at SKO 2022.
