Onion, Tomato, Potato Xpress - OTP Xpress is an ambitious hybrid retail start-up, envisioned to create a hyperlocal e-tail and retail footprint that provides kitchen basics at affordable prices with the added advantage of doorstep delivery. It is a consumer-centric brand that has convenience, freshness and value as its core pillars.
Brand Challenge
In the times of pandemic to envision a city-wide hyperlocal retail, e-tail and delivery of essential commodities was a challenge that required prudent brand-creation and robust service experience. Amidst the restrictions Onion, Tomato, Potato Xpress aimed to be a brand that is safe, quick, value based and quality oriented.

Omnichannel presence, singular brand experience.
We translated the omnichannel vision of OTP Xpress into a singular, seamless brand experience. The core promise of the brand stood out at every moment with the consumers. It’s where geolocation meets the necessities. It has a minimal, fresh twist. Inspired from the sensorial cues of freshness - bright colours and produce imagery, we crafted a visual identity that clearly communicates both, the product and its service. As a work of design, we recreated the ‘O’ of onion to look like a geolocation pin.

A comprehensive app with a robust ecommerce back end formed a
seamless e-tail experience. Our UI/UX experts crafted a well-
researched and consumer-centric journey. The storefront spirit was
impeccably replicated in a virtual experience.
