Popcorn Passion ·

Twenty five years of being chosen by cinemas. Now it had to be chosen by people.

For more than twenty five years Popcorn Passion has supplied popcorn and fun food to the cinemas, entertainment venues and food businesses of the Gulf. Inside its own trade it is the name that gets called first. Its product has passed through millions of hands without one of them knowing whose it was.

Then the ambition changed shape. Modern retail and direct to consumer were next, and neither channel cares how good a supplier you are. A buyer's trust and a shopper's attention are earned in completely different currencies.

The philosophy
Anticipation, before the first bite  ·
Three ranges, one family

What the shelf taught us.

01

Bold colour, energetic layout

Savoury is ingredient led and high contrast, built for busy shelves and fast, low deliberation decisions. A wall of flavours is a systems problem before it is a design one.

02

Richer tones, elegant finish

Gourmet is a visible step up in craft and calm, signalling a treat rather than a habit. The shopper has to tell the ranges apart instantly and still know they are looking at one brand.

03

Deep black, gold detail

Chocolate uses restraint and sophistication, presented against confectionery rather than against snacks. Three personalities. One unmistakable family.

04

What holds all three together

Shared mark placement, structure and hierarchy rules, so a new range never restarts the argument. A packaging architecture is only real once a new flavour can launch without a phone call.

(08) What changed

From a supply chain name to a shelf name.

Presents as a consumer brandThe business now shows up as contemporary FMCG rather than as a trusted supplier, in the channels where the next growth actually sits.
One family, many flavoursThree ranges with genuinely different personalities run on shared rules, so extension is a template rather than a project.
Ready for the regionThe architecture was built to travel across GCC markets and retail formats without being redrawn for each one.

Build note · Replace with client-verified outcomes before publishing. Retail listings secured, SKU count at launch, sell through by range, e-commerce conversion, GCC markets entered

Being the category's best kept secret works right up until you need to be chosen.
